We are in search of a highly motivated HR professional who possesses self-drive and an initiative mind-set. Our aim for the HR department in the forthcoming year is to institute a systematic approach, enabling each team member to complete tasks that are teachable, sequential, and result-oriented. This entails crafting operator job descriptions, creating training materials, and introducing performance packages. The chosen HR individual will have ample opportunities for professional growth within our company, along with the freedom to implement strategic change. Recruitment and Selection Training and Development Performance Management IFS HR Compliance with Labor Law Payroll Process Update Policies Conduct Disciplinary actions. Maintain employee records. Conduct Benefit analysis on HR full process. Maintaining Safety Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR) or equavalent. Proficiency in drafting company policies and procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Sound knowledge of labor relations Ability to work autonomously Excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with Payroll and its Tax implications Comprehensive understanding of the entire Microsoft Office suite Professional-level verbal and written communication abilities Proactive problem-solving approach with robust decision-making capabilities Capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
