Duties and Responsibilities:- Advise, coach, and support line managers and staff on HR processes and practices.
- Forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements.
- Guide job profiling and evaluation processes.
- Manage employee HR queries and concerns.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees.
- Coordinate HR services and talent management initiatives.
- Facilitate the recruitment process from end-to-end.
- Support the implementation of performance management.
- Liaise with SETA for skills development initiatives.
- Manage employee wellness programs and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation.
- Develop and review HR processes and related templates.

Requirements:- Matric certificate and a three-year bachelors degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Public Management, Industrial Psychology, or related equivalent qualifications at NQF level 7 as recognized by SAQA.
- Drivers license.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, including 3 years at middle supervisory level.
- Preferred experience of 3 years as a generalist in the Public Sector.
- Exposure to Core HR processes.
