Duties and Responsibilities: Advise, coach, and support line managers and staff on HR processes and practices. Forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements. Guide job profiling and evaluation processes. Manage employee HR queries and concerns. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees. Coordinate HR services and talent management initiatives. Facilitate the recruitment process from end-to-end. Support the implementation of performance management. Liaise with SETA for skills development initiatives. Manage employee wellness programs and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation. Develop and review HR processes and related templates. Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws and acts related to HR. Project Management, Policy Formulation, Financial Management, People Management, Change, and Risk management. Experience in using technology for effective HR management. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and under stress. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Resilience and ethical behavior. Customer service orientation. Planning and organizing skills. Requirements: Matric certificate and a three-year bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Public Management, Industrial Psychology, or related equivalent qualifications at NQF level 7 as recognized by SAQA. Driver’s license. Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, including 3 years at middle supervisory level. Preferred experience of 3 years as a generalist in the Public Sector. Exposure to Core HR processes. R 800000 - R 830000 - Annually
