Human Resource Manager - Johannesburg

Minimum Requirements:
  • A degree in HR is essential (Honours is advantageous)
  • At least 10 years experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to lead and direct the HR team.
  • Experience in an FMCG environment would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Familiarity with change management would be a distinct advantage.

Main Accountabilities (but not limited to)
  • Direct the administration of compensation, benefits, employment, and employee relations programs in the organization.
  • Participate in the development of business plans in partnership with Senior Management.
  • Ensure that appropriate and accurate information is processed for salaries.
  • Counsel and coach managers, team leaders, and supervisors in the resolution of employee issues.
  • Implement measures to attract and retain competent staff and source new staff via recruitment agencies or relevant job portals.
