Our Client, a leader in the private Health Care Sector is looking for an HR Manager for one of their hospitals. Requirements: Grade 12 Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management Minimum of 5 years' experience performing generalist Human Resources functions with at least 3 years' experience in a managerial role Experience working within a Private Hospital environment is preferred Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations Computer literacy is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and experience of the Sage 300 People system as well as the the Kronos system Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to cope in a pressurized environment Desired Skills: Human Resource Manager Hospital Sage 300 Kronos
