Superb role for an experienced Senior HR Manager with a degree in human science, a Post graduate qualification in Labour Law and Management/Leadership is a distinct advantage plus 10 years experience as a Human Resources Manager in a large mining or manufacturing company. A good understanding of Skills Development, Labour Relations and Labour Law, Employment Equity, Recruitment and Selection, BBEEE, Compensation principles, Ethical principles is essential as is implementation of workplace transformation, Arbitration and Labour Court matters as well as ESG with specific reference to Community development. Experience in managing the payroll function and a Human Capital Management system such as SAP, Sage, Hi-Bob, etc is ideal. Lead and manage the entire HR function for the group and report to the global head based in Europe.
