Our client, a leading global hygiene & health company, is excited to add a Human Resources Generalist to partner with their manufacturing operations in Pinetown. This opportunity is great for a human resources professional with a strong employee relations and training & development experience in a unionized manufacturing environment. This is a dynamic role and you will be responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition and organizational development Key Performance Areas: Be the support and point of contact on Human Resources topics for both employees and line managers. Responsible for Talent Acquisition across different levels within the organization. Gives sound advice, support and execute various activities on Employee and ensure compliance with legal requirements of various Acts within legislation. Provide guidance to both employees and line management on policies and procedures. Provide expect knowledge, support and activities with various legislated authorization bodies. Participate and have an active role in Organizational Development initiatives, Training and Development and general Human Resources Administration Secure and or improve process delivery and contribution to overall high-quality Human Resources Information System within the organization Provide professional HR support in all operational/administrative HR issues related to agreed activities. Participates in projects and contributes to a service culture to fulfill the service level agreement with various stake holders. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources 3 years' partnering experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, with experience dealing with SETA's Excellent communication & be able to engage in a professional manner at various levels within the business Analytical, insightful, courageous, & decisive High level of integrity, care, & honestly
