30-hour work week basis.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Collaborating with department heads to identify training and development needs and facilitate learning opportunities for staff.
- Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and promotes teamwork.
Requirements: - Relevant degree in Human Resources Management (NQF Level 7)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR manager, preferably within the healthcare industry/generalist.
- In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and own car essential.
