HR Degree At least 3 years' experience in similar role Must have knowledge of payroll processes and management thereof Thorough knowledge of theories and practices, policies and techniques, typically applied to one or more function/ disciplines, such as benefits and compensation, industrial relations, recruitment and selection, organisational development, employee relations and operations Must have current knowledge of legislative/compliance acts Must have experience with CCMA processes including conciliations and arbitrations Experience with unions and bargaining council (Seifsa/Meibc) advantageous Knowledge/experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous Must understand HR requirements related to BEE Ability to work without continual direction Vision and strategy to ensure continuous improvement in HR and organisation Business acumen and commercial sense. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven track record Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Responsible for the management and accuracy of payroll department Acts in advisory role in all aspects of HR and payroll Responsible for legislative and internal reporting as per deadlines Must ensure BEE targets are set as per requirement and achieved Advise line management in organizational effectiveness Advise and enable change capability within organisation Assist Line Managers in solving organization, people and change related issues Contributes to management teams' strategic decision making Fosters internal and external customer focus thinking Strategically manages workforce / leadership development Continuously create and delivers effective & efficient HR processes and services tailored to business needs Applies information technology to rapidly deliver quality products and services Ensure fair, ethical and equitable people processes and practices Helps build workforce commitment Enhances Management development for succession plan Acts as SDF Manages and maintain conducive employee relations in terms of policies, procedures and practices Provide IR advice to managers and employees; represent company in ccma/bargaining council matters. Facilitate, provide guidance and oversee internal disciplinary processes ensuring legal compliance. Ensuring effective, fair and equitable recruitment and selection processes. Administer and provide feedback and guidance on psychometric assessments. Will act as EE Manager ensuring compliance and that targets are managed and achieved. Apply Now
