Our team is currently looking for a HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimising the Employer / Employee relationship, ensuring a productive environment. Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the entire hiring process, from posting job vacancies to conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment. Employee Development: Responsible for organising training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and encourage continuous learning. Benefits Management: Handle employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. They ensure that employees receive the necessary information and support related to their benefits. Compliance with Labor Laws: Stay up to date with current labour laws and. ensure that the organisation complies with legal requirements. They are accordingly responsible for ensuring that terms and conditions of employment are compliant including matters related to working hours, wages, and safety standards Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees and management. They address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a healthy work environment. Disciplinary Issues: When necessary, the handle disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspensions, or terminations. Ensure that established procedures are followed and maintain accurate records. Workplace Safety: Oversee Workplace Health and Safety Ensuring a safe working environment and collaborate with safety officers to implement safety protocols. They conduct safety training and respond to emergencies. Record Keeping: Responsible for ensuring that accurate records related to employee data, attendance, and performance are maintained. Handle personnel files and keep track of important milestones (e.g., promotions, transfers). Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion strategies within the organisation. Create an environment where all employees feel respected and valued. Overall Organisational Growth: Contribute to the overall success and growth of the clothing factory. Their professionalism, decision-making skills, and ethical standards drive positive outcomes. Qualifications: Grade 12 Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Experience Required: 5 Years Experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by the company Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; ability to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork Experience with analysing data to guide strategic employment planning Apply Now
