Our client is a a leading national retail group with a strong presence in the South African fashion FMCG market. They offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where you can make a real difference. Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification required. A three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field (e.g., Industrial Psychology) is required. Minimum of ten years' experience in HR, with at least five years in a management role. Proven experience working in the FMCG industry (highly desirable). Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR practices. A proven track record of delivering at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Experience working as a member of a senior leadership team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems (e.g., Payspace). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license.
