Human Resources Officer - South Africa

Employee attendance management. Accurate processing of weekly and monthly salaries (including weekly labour cost reconciliations.) Responsible for handling disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with company policy and relevant legislation. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process. Contribute to the development of governance and policies that will aid the growth of the business. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric). BCom in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Skills: Chinese incumbent required to effectively liaise with holding company in China. Good understanding of South African Labour laws and legislation. Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent intercultural sensitivity and communication skills.
