Job Description The HR Officer is a member of the Management Committee and is primarily responsible for fulfilling the HR generalist functions of the organisation through defining and managing people processes to ensure that IG3N meets its business objectives. Key responsibilities: Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including ensuring that job profiles are up to date, CV's are sourced, interviews and held, offers are made and contracts are signed. Execute the employee onboarding process in time to ensure employees are properly prepared to start. Execute the off-boarding process when employment contracts are terminated. HR Administration Develop and execute payroll and leave processes and ensure that employees receive timely and correct benefits Ensure that company has correct demographic records and supply people statistics for reporting purposes Ensure that correct employee documentation such as contracts, performance outcomes, and discipline records are kept safely on record Performance Management and Training Develop and execute the organisation-wide performance management process in line with policy; and ensure that performance records are up to date. Management the training and development process to ensure that employees are provided the training required for effective execution of their roles. Ensure that correct records are kept for both planned and executed training. Ensure that the organisation conforms to the SETA process and that submissions are completely accurately and timely. Remuneration and employee benefits Develop and execute a job evaluation and classification process to guide the remuneration and employee benefit policies. Create a fair and competitive compensation and benefits policy that aligns with the company's retention goals. Lead the process to develop and implement employee wellness, group benefits and other initiatives towards a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Ensure that the company’s compensation practices comply with current laws and regulations. Employee Relations Ensure that the company’s disciplinary and grievance policies are applied fairly and consistently Lead the execution of all grievance, discipline and poor performance matters Maintain full and accurate records of all Employee Relations matters. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management HR generalist experience of at least 5 years Experience in a manufacturing environment will be a strong advantage Benefits Total Cost to Company: R27,000.00 Apply Now
