Human Resources Officer (Night Shift) - Kempton Park

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have own reliable vehicle
  • Must be able to work nightshift
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field beneficial.
  • +2 Years HR Experience
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Administration Experience Preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues by conducting investigations and providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
  • Support HR and Operations where neccessary.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Assist with HR administration.
  • Familiar with all legislative laws, e.g. BCESA, LRA, EE, BBBEE etc.
  • Adhoc support to, HR and Distribution Centre Managers
  • Recruitment and selection experience
  • Onboarding & Induction
  • Employee Engagement (Company Culture Custodian)
