Human Resources Officer (Night Shift) - Kempton Park
REQUIREMENTS
Must have own reliable vehicle
Must be able to work nightshift
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field beneficial.
+2 Years HR Experience
Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Administration Experience Preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues by conducting investigations and providing guidance to employees and managers.
Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date.
Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
Support HR and Operations where neccessary.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Assist with HR administration.
Familiar with all legislative laws, e.g. BCESA, LRA, EE, BBBEE etc.
Adhoc support to, HR and Distribution Centre Managers
