You have at least 2 years of experience in an HR function, demonstrating a strong understanding of core HR practices. A tertiary degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field is a plus, but your passion and experience are key. You possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, ready to travel within the region. You are a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking initiative.
