A leading facilities management company in Dubai, specializing in providing comprehensive solutions to to their clients is currently seeking a specilialist in HVAC and Facilities Maintenance.

Education:

Trade Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical Building Services, Public Health Services, Carpentry, Masonry, or a similar field.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
Demonstrated leadership and self-management skills.
Strong English communication skills.
Understanding of commercial management is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
Young, hungry, and keen to learn and progress.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Oversee and manage multiple projects and activities within the facilities.
Ensure all work is completed within tender allowances and commercial management guidelines.
Maintain accurate and thorough record-keeping.
Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Must be willing to relcoate to Dubai and work as a permanent expat (via renewal every two years)
Previous experience in a similar position abroad will be an extra advantage.
