HYDROPONIC AGRICULTURE EXPERT - East London
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in hydroponic agriculture.
- Proven track record of successful hydroponic projects.
- In-depth knowledge of coco coir hydroponic system.
- Experience in optimizing plant growth parameters such as nutrient solutions, temperature, humidity, and control of pest and disease.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hydroponic systems.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Leadership qualities lead a team of junior growers
- Able to manage approximately 100 production staff members
- Overseeing the development and management of hydroponic cultivation projects.
- Collaborating with the team to implement and optimize hydroponic growing practices.
- Conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Providing training and guidance to team members as needed.
- To achieve KPI set by the Managing Director
