Requirements
â A relevant degree or diploma.
â 3+ years of relevant work experience in an IT support environment.
â Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using logical pragmatic reasoning.
â Attention to detail
â Fast and self-learning abilities.

Responsibilities
Planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the groups ICT infrastructure. Includes:
â IT hardware. Includes procurement, setup, maintenance and replacement processes.
â Networking and cabling - ensure consistent high standards throughout the group
â Connectivity. Data, voice, telephony
â Desktop security (including antivirus, patch management)
â User security awareness and training
â Desktop support services
â Management of in-country IT teams (currently 6 people)
â Cost management
â Others: Firewalls, VPN, Queueing systems, CCTV
