ICT Technician required for a Pretoria East based IT Company. The Job entails mainly On-Site IT Support, the candidate will be responsible for the following: Duties: Site Visits: Identify and resolve site solution performance issues and faults Manage Assigned Support Tickets accordingly Report to the Office Manager Highlight Fault Trends and provide solution information Manage Tools and Tool requirements for Jobs Manage Time and On-Site Visits according to Service Clients Manage User Stock and client stock requirements for each Job Fetch Stock Deliver Jobs Maintain a Clean vehicle and Petrol report Basic Consulting and on-site solution recommendations Manage regular Backup Devices Comply with SA Roads Rules and Regulations Ensure tools are kept in working condition, including company issued cellular phone Attend to clients promptly, effectively, efficiently, and courteously. Maintain excellent relationships with Flashtech customers Always be well groomed, well-spoken, and friendly Responsibilites: On-Site Customer Visits for IT Support, LAN Configs, Printer Configs etc. General Windows / Mac Support Hardware Collections and Deliveries Customer Office 365 Support Setup of Computers. Laptops, Workstations, Servers etc. OS installations, driver installs, Configurations, Policies etc. Software installations and configurations Windows Server Systems including Active Directory, Network Administration, Configuration etc. Managing and sorting out Backup Systems, Drives, Drive swaps etc. Wired and Wireless Networks including Installations, cabling etc. Wifi Solutions and Installations Printer Installations and Network Setup Voip Systems, Setups and Installations Internet Router Setups and Installations General IT Management Must have the following: DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL THESE QUALIFICATIONS PLEASE. Matric Certificate Valid Comptia A Certificate Valid Comptia N Certificate MCITP or Similar Cert - preferred but not essential. Valid SA Drivers Licence Own Reliable Vehicle At least 2 Years Experience in the IT Industry as a Technician Personal Attributes: Good Communication Skills and Remote Support Skills Excellent Troubleshooting ability and skill Good, Safe Driver Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, other SA Languages will help Determined and Passionate for accuracy and attention to detail General Cleanliness and pride Ability to work in a team, and under instruction Ability to respond to pressure situations and demands Respond promptly to requests and flexible in their approach Must be able to work weekends and overtime Monthly Salary Allowances, dependent on Experience, Knowledge, Performance. 6 - 9 Months Probation Period.
