Job Duties:

Develop and maintain AS400 RPG programmes for business applications in the agriculture sector
Collaborate with team members to design and implement effective solutions
Write and optimise SQL queries for database interactions
Create and modify CLLE programmes to enhance system functionality
Integrate data exchange using PHP, XML, and JSON technologies

Required Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in computer science or related field

Education:

Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in AS400 RPG development

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in IBM Rational IDE
Strong understanding of SQL400 and SQL
Experience with CLLE programming language
Familiarity with PHP, XML, and JSON technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in IBM AS400 RPG development

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office environment within the agriculture sector. Standard working hours are expected with occasional overtime during project deadlines.
