Join a company that aims to serve brands, apparel sourcing, and manufacturing companies in the apparel industry. They are looking for an experienced and versatile ERP Implementation Consultant with a strong background in finance, SQL, and Sage. Manage the implementation of the company's ERP system across various departments, with a focus on the financial and manufacturing sides of the business Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the ERP system to meet business needs Provide guidance and expertise in new business development initiatives by leveraging the capabilities of the ERP system Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on system functionality and best practices Ensure successful deployment of the ERP system by performing system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications Independently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful implementations Represent the company in business meetings, engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and propose effective solutions Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience in implementing ERP systems, with a focus on the financial and manufacturing aspects Strong knowledge of SAP or Sage ERP systems Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in the apparel industry is a plus Although you may not meet all the requirements needed, please still consider sending through your CV as we have many roles available and could possibly find another great opportunity for you Contact Selandea McGuinness on smguinnesscommunicate.co.za or 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTI003309.
