REQUIREMENTS- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- 2 3 years experience in a similar role
- Extensive computer literacy skills such as Excel, Outlook, Omni (advantageous)
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Afrikaans and English
- Must be organised, great attention to detail and have a pro-active attitude
- Good telephone and email etiquette
- Ability to understand the FMCG trade
- Reliable transport to and from work
DUTIES- Handling of all inbound sales queries and orders
- Assisting customers face to face, telephonically and via email and WhatsApp
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Data capturing onto internal computer system
- Quotes to existing and potential clients
- Informing clients of stock availability, stock alternatives and lead times
- Accurate invoicing to clients
- Analyse sales reports with continuous feedback to department Manager
- Expediting orders through internal liaison
- Time management and delivering timeous responses to customers requests are crucial
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, as required.
