Inbound Sales Consultant - Brackenfell

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
  • 2 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Extensive computer literacy skills such as Excel, Outlook, Omni (advantageous)
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Afrikaans and English
  • Must be organised, great attention to detail and have a pro-active attitude
  • Good telephone and email etiquette
  • Ability to understand the FMCG trade
  • Reliable transport to and from work

DUTIES
  • Handling of all inbound sales queries and orders
  • Assisting customers face to face, telephonically and via email and WhatsApp
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
  • Data capturing onto internal computer system
  • Quotes to existing and potential clients
  • Informing clients of stock availability, stock alternatives and lead times
  • Accurate invoicing to clients
  • Analyse sales reports with continuous feedback to department Manager
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison
  • Time management and delivering timeous responses to customers requests are crucial
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, as required.

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
