RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, manage and organize the inbound teams within a department, and monitor productivity
- Support Inbound Department Manager in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency / productivity by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows
- Lead the team to unload, split, cross-dock, allocation to buffer, between buffers and to drop point in the pick areas, VAS, handle online returns and cross-DC/ -region moves, quality sample checking
- Secure efficiency and smooth operations in cost-efficient way according to the clients operational & sustainability standards
- Ensure inbound of planned qty. and correct storage of products
- Responsible to conduct inventory counts
- Understand core features of systems in WH (i.e. E2E product flow & impact), being able to run day-to-day operations
- Identify risks and issues within department team and support resolving; closely align with Controlling and Import/ Export, where relevant
- The 2nd task would be to print a schedule of invoices every 2nd day from Baan:
- Look up in our scan drive if the items have been delivered or not
- Record the date on an excel sheet
- Save the documents in a folder
Requirements and Qualifications
- Good operational DC inbound experience to effectively lead operations of an inbound team
- Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolution
- Understanding of inbound processes and inbound garment flow
- Good understanding of warehouse management system
- Knowledgeable in operational inbound standards
- Communication and coordination skills and collaborative mindset
- Team leadership skills
