We are seeking Incident Management Consultants who specialise in Special Peril Claims who are willing to work shifts.
Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA
- Computer Literacy MS Office: Work, Excel, Outlook Intermediate Skill level
- Clear Criminal and ITC Record
- Relevant FAIS Credits & FAIS RE5 (beneficial)
- Minimum 3 years short-term insurance experience in dealing with Non-Motor Special Peril Claims
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management and display sense of urgency
- Detail focused and attention to detail
- Must be willing and able to work the following shifts:
- 3 Days 08:00 until 20:00
- 3 Days Off
- These shifts keep rotating, and rotations will include working over Weekends and Public Holidays
