Dynamic group is looking for a Supply Chain consultant (Industrial Engineer) with 2 to 6 years working experience Supply chain knowledge Logistics background B.Eng Industrial Degree Skills and experience required • 2 years' relevant work experience, in operations or a consulting role o Applies supply chain management knowledge, solves problems in the supply chain using this knowledge • Proven track record of leadership and team/project management o The ability to inspire, motivate and direct individuals to take ownership of-, and achieve desired outputs. o Establishes an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect between team members. o Clearly articulates a goal and purpose to ensure alignment of team members towards a desired objective o Manages performance of team members. o Provides performance feedback to team members in a constructive manner • Proven track record of delivering successful projects o The ability to ensure high standards of accuracy, quality and service delivery to meet and exceed client expectations o Applies knowledge, tools and technical expertise to support value creation, tailoring it to the specific needs of the client/customer • Thorough understanding of products and/or services offered by Imperial/Resolve • Thorough understanding of financial and management accounting • Exceptional analytical skills • Creating & delivering presentations • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills • Project and stakeholder management experience • Comfortable working under pressure with stringent deadlines and complex deliverables • Plan, manage and be responsible for own time management according to tasks priorities • Problem solving • Time management. Flexible hours to achieve deliverables (sometimes required to work in addition to/outside of normal business hours). • Self-motivated and proactive • Able to think logical and objectively with the ability to be innovative in approach and solution design • High attention to detail • Takes responsibility and accountability for the work and performance of others.
