Job Purpose:
- Define and sell the company's products and services within KZN.
- Achieve consistent, profitable sales growth through effective customer engagement and solution provision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Expertise in Industrial Battery/Electrical/Solar/Standby Power/Traction
- Matric/Grade 12
- N3 Technical qualification
- Sales and/or Marketing Qualification
- 3-5 years in a solutions selling environment
- 3-5 years in selling and specifying solar systems
- Valid drivers license and reliable car
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and develop relationships with customers.
- Analyze customer buying patterns and manage warranty claims.
- Enhance sales through customer service and business relationships.
- Train customers on technical product changes and implement marketing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, scrap recovery, and customer queries.
- Identify new business opportunities and update customer database.
- Report on sales activities and competitor activity.
- Manage debtors, operational costs, and pricing surveys.
- Ensure discounts and sales targets are in line with budget.
- Adhere to sales and operations policies and procedures.
- Report misconduct/non-performance.
- Process HR administrative issues.
