• Six months to one year experience in industrial engineering or logistics or similar disciplines. • Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage. Key performance areas • Establish and implement operational KPI's. • Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards. • Effectively apply change management as per defined process • Analyse and define improvement on current process • Operational support on a daily basis. • Change management Qualifications required • Advanced Diploma / NQF level 7 (BTech Industrial Engineering) • MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint experience is a pre-requisite. • Advanced Access, Excel, Visio, MS Project experience will be an advantage. SAP experience a must Skills and experience required • Up to 6 months to 1 year experience in industrial engineering or logistics or similar disciplines. • Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage. • Technical, specialist or analytical skills acquired through tertiary education or the equivalent experience • Reading Comprehension • Active Listening • Good communication • Complex Problem-solving ability • Critical Thinking • Report Writing • Presenting skills • Judgment and Decision Making • Active Learning ability • Analytical
