Description Urgent requirement Project Coordinator: Information Technology Project: Banking: 4 months Fixed Term Contract We are sourcing for an amazing Project Coordinator to join a Project Team within an Agile environment and provide a support function to the Project Team in terms of all the co-ordination / administrative functions within the Project and to consolidate and update the necessary documentation related to the Project. Action specific tasks on instruction and under supervision of relevant Project Manager and manage coordination of the project o meet scheduled delivery requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Review schedules to determine priorities and regulate and coordinate priority meetings, to meet delivery requirements. Review Project Management plans daily: Verify operations are signed complete and escalating issues or challenges as appropriate. Use Planning/Scheduling software (MS Project, Ready-to-Work Dashboard, SAP), tools and processes to support efficient and effective flow of information to meet scheduled project delivery commitments. Collaborate with Stakeholders to develop strategies, provide communication updates and update stakeholders accordingly. Communicate information flow, in-process schedules and completion status updates to key value stream stakeholders. Performing analyses to identify issues, determine solutions, generate/execute action plans, and validate results to ensure solution achievement.
