Disaster Recovery (DR) Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Consulting experience Administration of high availability and redundancy of virtual servers Active Directory and Group Policy deployment, planning and maintenance. Microsoft Exchange deployment, planning and maintenance (2019). Office 365 deployment and maintenance. Azure services deployment and maintenance. Relevant IT certifications Minimum of 8 years of Network administration in the areas of design, implementation, capacity planning, maintenance. Working experience with vSphere systems administration and support including VMotion, HA, DRS, VDS, Affinity rules, VCenter, storage migrations, and P2V migrations. Experience with Networking problem determination, capacity planning and root cause analysis. Experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Working experience with VMWare systems administration and support. Working experience with Microsoft Exchange administration and support. Experience with Fortigate and Sonicwall Firewall products.
