Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Insights Manager to join their team in the Western Cape region of South Africa. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to provide key insights and recommendations that will drive business growth and strategic decision-making within the beverage industry.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of market research and analysis projects to uncover insights on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape within the beverage industry in the Western Cape regionInterpret and analyze data from a variety of sources such as consumer surveys, sales reports, and industry reports to identify opportunities for growth and market expansionCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain to develop and implement insight-driven strategies and initiativesCommunicate key insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders to guide decision-making and business planningStay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences to help inform business strategy and decision-makingRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
