Look no further As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for: Sell insurance products telephonically to potential policyholders by reading from an approved script. Utilize a call center dialer to manage lead follow-up. Strive to achieve insurance policy sales and campaign targets. Assist policyholders with policy administration. Follow up on policyholders who have not paid their premiums. Ensure excellent customer service and fair treatment of policyholders. Adherence to quality, training, and compliance processes. Accurately recording policy sales and maintaining policyholder information. Requirements: 2 years of call center experience. 2 years of insurance sales/financial services experience. Grade 12. ?Advantageous - Sales and Marketing degree or diploma, FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5). Desired Skills: Sales Telesales Call Centre Agent Insurance well spoken Customer Skills Desired Work Experience: 1 to 2 years Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric About The Employer: We are seeking enthusiastic Telesales Agents to join our client based in Woodstock, Cape Town.
