Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, and closing sales through effective sales techniques. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Conduct calls to potential clients with the objective of generating quotes and converting to sales. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing leads and following up on inquiries. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to effectively address questions and objections from clients. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client retention and repeat business. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services. Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities. RE5 and FAIS qualifications are required. At least 18 months of proven experience as a sales agent. Proficient in Various languages including English and Afrikaans. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume, target-driven environment. Proficient in objection handling and closing techniques. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
