We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Heidelberg as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate for this position would be a goal-oriented individual who is independently driven to find leads, meet with potential clients and engage in networking. The goal is to formulate strong relationships that will ensure growth. Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones. Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable insurance solutions. Prepare reports for management on the success of your business endeavors. Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records. Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the insurance industry. Grade 12 Minimum 1.5 years' experience selling short-term insurance sales. Willingness to undergo product-specific and system training. Good comprehension of insurance plans including personal lines, commercial lines, etc. Computer-literate and understand and interpret standard statistical findings. Goal-oriented. Excellent skills in communication and presentation. NQF Level 4 qualification and RE 5 would be advantageous. Drivers' Licence essential. Own vehicle required. Market Related
