Job Description: We are seeking motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team at Lebon Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance (Life, Funeral, Disability and Savings) policies mainly from our panel of product suppliers (Insurers). This role is commission-based with limited allowance for a stipend, providing an excellent opportunity for driven individuals to maximize their earning potential. Commission structures are lucrative and favourable. Proactively identify and engage potential clients to sell life insurance products. Present and explain life insurance products from Metropolitan and other insurers to clients. Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Maintain thorough knowledge of Metropolitan, 1Life, and Old Mutual products. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements and competitor products. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the life insurance industry, product specific experience at our panel of Insurers will be beneficial. Minimum Matric, (FAIS Recognised Qualification will be an added advantage) RE 5 (Must have) No Criminal Record. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed. Willingness to work on a commission-based compensation structure. Relevant certifications or licenses as required by industry regulations.
