A client centric, adaptive Insurance Specialist is required for our Head Office - Legal department. Insurance Cover management. Management of Insurance Brokers. Annual Insurance renewals. Claims Management. Cell Captive management. Comply with the requirements of the quality management system. Training. Process improvement. Special Projects and Ad hoc. Experience Minimum of 5 years' insurance experience in a similar role in the logistics industry Knowledge and understand insurance products, specifically relating to the logistics industry Proficient stakeholder management knowledge and / or skill Engage with clients in a client centric manner Working with people and have the ability to impart knowledge to the business on complex insurance issues Deciding and initiating action Delivering and meeting expectations Writing and reporting Adhering to principles and values Presenting and communicating information Achieving personal, work goals and objectives Adapting and responding to change Coping with pressure Formulating concepts and strategies Working with colleagues remotely Proficiency in MS Office suite Proficiency in ShipShape Qualification Matric BCom degree
