Our client, a Finanical company based in Cape Town is urgenlty seeking an Insurance Team Leader to join their team. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of credit life insurance agents to achieve individual and team performance targets. • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any issues. • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as necessary • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. • Oversee daily operations and maintain best practices for operational efficiency and accuracy. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. • Identify training needs and organise training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities. • Communicate effectively with senior management, providing reports and updates on team performance and key metrics. • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of business initiatives for other financial service products Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. • In-depth knowledge of credit life insurance products and processes RE qualification is beneficial MUST be registered on the FSB. R16 000 - R20 000 CTC
