Join my client who has a distinct national footprint in Financial Services and Wealth throughout South Africa This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an NQF Level 4 Full Short term insurance qualification (or current) including DOFA confirmation from FSCA and a completed RE5 If this is you, please apply Responsibilities: Client meetings face to face Liaise and provide feedback to clients Handle client queries Underwrite and manage client renewals Handle new application and quotations Arrange appointments with clients - site meetings Maintain systems Manage detailed records - Administrative Documents Ensure FAIS Compliance Record details and information on relevant systems Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Maintain Service level agreement deadlines Maintain good working relationship with insurers Handle reports Manage client retention Understand policy wording and all products Requirements: Minimum of Grade 12, with NQF Level 4 Full Short term insurance qualification Must be fully computer literate (Microsoft office 365: Word, Excel and Outlook) Must have completed Regulatory examination RE5 successfully Must have DOFA confirmation from FSCA Must have 6 - 7 years relevant work experience in Short term insurance Minimum of 4 Years personal underwriting and commercial underwriting experience Strong administration, organization and planning skills Own transport/driver's license Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
