Description We're seeking an experienced leader for our Enterprise Integration (EI) CoE. You'll drive the planning and delivery of robust, tested systems aligned with our organizational goals. Key responsibilities include leadership in EI, managing development priorities, overseeing maintenance, ensuring integrity, and leading improvement initiatives. Additionally, you'll represent EI on tech committees, manage vendor relationships, and ensure disaster recovery readiness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in ICT, Engineering, or equivalent. 8-10 years in large-scale EI or ICT environments, with 3 years in a managerial role. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in automated testing tools and contract negotiation. Ability to manage relationships, implement new technologies, and drive change.
