Our client in the banking sector is looking for a: Intelligent Transformation, Lead, Project Management on a contract duration of 12 months. Job Purpose To transform the user experience of CIB Operations’ services through the prioritisation and execution of impactful and data driven solutions (Intelligent Process Model) to drive future relevance of business and optimisation of services in alignment with strategy. To steer and direct assigned portfolio and team to deliver against strategic objectives and thresholds to meet stakeholder expectations and contribute to delivery of CIB operations future relevance aligned to strategy. Translate knowledge of relevant future ready developments impacting assigned portfolio into tactics (building blocks) to prepare for anticipated changes to transform the portfolio. Responsibilities: Following the prescribed principles, templates and guidelines developed to support the Project and Change Management capability across CIB Operations. Leading the allocated portfolio across all change initiatives in CIB Operations to drive impactful execution aligned with our Intelligent Process Model. Influence and coordination across CIB Operations, Technology, Business, and geographies as needed in order to drive the successful implementation of the project. Create effective an ongoing communication channels across the allocated project to create synergy and alignment for all related internal and external stakeholders. A complete understanding of the organizational process assets and enterprise environmental factors Effective scope management Effectively manage project budgets aligned with the allocated budgets and reserves. Create efficient project schedules ensuring projects are aligned with the allocated timelines. Ensure delivery of value across all elements of the project and ensure quality standards. Identify, manage, and execute on all project risks and issues. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed. Stakeholder management across various all levels. Ability to navigate complex internal and external dependencies to drive the impactful delivery of the portfolio, fully aligned with CIB Ops future state. Ensure projects are effectively closed out and handed over.
