Role: Intermediary Financial Consultant - 12 Month Contract

Key Accountabilities:- Advisory and Sales:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all marketing leads, qualifying them into prospective customers.
- Gather, compile, and analyze financial and personal customer data.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' situations and objectives, explaining service offerings and guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Provide insights into wealth migration, including exchange control and tax implications, pensions, investments, and economic trends.
- Match customer needs to specific solutions based on services.
- Integrate customer profiles and goals through cross-selling of tailored service solutions.
- Communicate with customers to gather additional required information.
- Continuously seek improvements in business processes.
- Contribute to revenue generation and the acquisition of new clients.
- Focus on client acquisition, retention, service orientation, and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with all related legislation, including FSCA, FAIS, and FICA.
Role Requirements:- Tertiary qualification (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) in a relevant field.
- Experience in Financial Services, Retail, Banking, Sales, Insurance, Customer Service, or Call Centre environments.
- FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5) certification.
- Knowledge of FICA legislation.
- Approximately five years' experience in a complex process-oriented environment, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of tax emigration and associated services.
- Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English, with the ability to write clearly and professionally.
- Confident in communicating with clients and able to distill complex issues into easily understood language.
