Intermediate Microsoft/IT Engineer - - Pretoria

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Diploma /Certificate in IT or other IT - related qualification
Strong communication skills verbal and email
Good problem-solving skills
Adhere to processes and policies
Attention to detail
Need to attend customer meetings
Ability to talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue
Ability to work well in a pressurized environment
Prepare accurate and timely customer reports
Microsoft 365 experience
Installing and configuring Microsoft operating system
Configure, administer and support laptops, desktops and servers running Windows operating systems
Report and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary
Experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Azure is a bonus
