Managing the full Billing functions, which includes the operational, administrative, and reporting functions. Manage the daily Billing administration daily tasks; Downloading and processing of Billing files; Manage the daily Billings exception reports; Processing files received from internal and external service providers; Updating internal systems with Billing data; Identify and apply any fixes on Billing files processed and received; Provide accurate Billing reporting timeously; Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy; Assisting with internal and external Billing queries timeously; Assisting with training on Billing; Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner; Keeping track and following up on outstanding Billing operational issues; Identify opportunities for optimisation of the Billing daily tasks. A Degree or 3 year Diploma in data analysis, project management and research methods; Demonstrated experience using advanced Excel features and techniques (advantageous); Demonstrated experience in the analysis and presentation of data (advantageous); Efficiency in working with a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files: analyzing file structure, using and creating file layouts, and transforming raw data into finished products (advantageous); An ability in handling general accounting tasks and addressing related queries or issues promptly (advantageous); Strong attention to detail in verifying and confirming allocations to General Ledger (GL) accounts for accurate financial reporting (advantageous); Ability to effectively communicate deviations from the actuals versus budgets to management (advantageous); Ability to reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing billings information. Knowledge of IFRS17 reporting standards (advantageous); Able to manage inter-company invoices based on billing activities (advantageous); Using accounting software and financial management tools to streamline and automate processes for future efficiency (advantageous); Advance Excel as part of their qualifications (advantageous).
