Join a world-class organisation that is looking for an Internal Audit Analyst. The main purpose of the role is to conduct thorough audit testing on the company systems to ensure consistent data is in line with the company's policies, in order to mitigate unexpected risks. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: Conduct thorough data analysis and leverage findings to observe anomalies, trends, and patterns. Present insights to senior management, emphasising areas of concern or potential fraud, and recommend actionable remedial measures. Collaborate in the strategic planning and meticulous execution of internal audit engagements. This involves comprehensive risk assessment, thorough audit testing, and detailed reporting, incorporating both IT auditing methods and traditional manual testing. Execute comprehensive testing of credit policy adherence, ensuring alignment with expected outcomes in terms of pricing, limits, and risk management within our systems. Perform testing of revenue models to ensure the models are in line with the established policies and guarantee accurate representation within the company systems. Scrutinise accounting entries within the company systems to identify potential control weaknesses and contribute to strengthening internal controls. Provide informed input and recommendations regarding the selection and implementation of audit analytics software, contributing to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our audit processes. Key Competencies Independent Collaborative Adaptable Self-Motivate Resilient Passion for Africa Requirements: Relevant Degree or Diploma 3 years' experience in analytics or IT audit. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA and SQL skills are advantageous.
