As an Internal Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across our diverse agricultural operations. Duties and responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements, operational procedures, and internal controls. Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and recommend improvements. Collaborate with management to develop audit plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Proficiency in MS office suite and experience with audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA) is a plus. Identify areas of potential risk and provide timely insights to mitigate these risks. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management review. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on action plans.
