Minimum requirements for the role: Minimum matric is essential for this role.A diploma or degree in either a Sciences or related qualification is preferred for the role.The Company will consider employing a Sciences Graduate into the role who has not had any work experience to be trained up in the role as long as they have a confident personality with good people skills.Previous experience having worked within an Internal Sales Administrator or Customer Service or related role liaising with Customers would be advantageous but is not essential.Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Liaising with existing Customers regarding their product range and requests regarding solutions and products the Company introduces into the environmental industry.Preparing quotations for Customers and following up on orders timeously.Handling Customer complaints and providing assistance to them.Supporting marketing activities and attending exhibitions and conferences.Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and providing relevant reports.Arranging Customer meetings on behalf of the Sales Representatives.Coordinating training for the Sales Team.Establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing Clients.
