Your responsibilities will include networking, researching and understanding the unique requirements of each role, and ensuring successful placements that align with our internal needs. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and a deep understanding of internal business goals. Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent within the insurance sector. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging talent within the insurance sector. Provide market insights to management and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted industry advisor. Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from head hunting to offer stage. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing regular updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on the insurance industry. In-depth knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulations, and job roles.
