Responsibilities:- Prepare quotations for Sales Representatives
- Process orders efficiently and accurately
- Follow up with customers via calls and emails regularly
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Assess competitive supplier pricing and information
- Generate orders for fulfillment
- Understand and communicate customer needs and requirements
- Troubleshoot and track problems
- Maintain quality standards
- Open new accounts for suppliers and customers
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications:- Previous experience in internal sales or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
