Qualifications:

• Grade 12/ Matric with Mathematics
• Sales Experience within a Technical Industry, preferably in Fluid/Fluid Control
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Computer Literate

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team with quotations, closing deals, and implementing procedural changes.
• Handle incoming calls, convert enquiries into sales, and address complaints.
• Update selling prices, process quotes, and coordinate with Warehouse/Dispatch Manager for deliveries.
