Internal Sales Administrator - Midrand

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric
  • Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle
  • Fully Computer Literate and experience working on CRM
  • 3 5 years experience in the following industries: FMCG, Manufacturing or Engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Prepare Quotes, Sales Orders and other sales documentation as required timeously, correctly and efficiently.
  • Assist the Reps in achieving set out targets and budgets
  • Prepares and then follows up on all sales quotations made for clients.
  • Liaises between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the various departments.
  • Produce reports as and when required by the Reps to do so.
  • Attend sales meetings, as and when required, with the Sales Team to discuss upcoming engagements, appointments, events, production problems, site visits etc.
  • Updating our customer database and inputting sales orders, coordinating mailshots and scheduling customer demonstrations.
