Role Overview: As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their sales team and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with processing orders, preparing quotations, and responding to customer inquiries. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and addressing any issues or concerns. Technical Assistance: Provide technical product information and support to customers and the sales team as needed. Order Processing: Coordinate order logistics, including shipment schedules and delivery arrangements. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining sales records Previous experience in sales support or customer service within the electrical engineering sector is preferred. Strong technical aptitude with a basic understanding of electrical components and systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. R14 000 CTC to R16 000 CTC per month based on experience and qualifications
